The Impact You'll Make

- Shape and drive the future of Ingenico's Finance & Controlling application landscape, ensuring it supports business performance, compliance, and growth.

- Act as a trusted partner to Finance stakeholders, delivering technology solutions that enable strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

- Play a key role in Finance transformation initiatives by modernizing processes, improving automation, and enhancing user experience.

- Ensure the reliability, governance, and continuous improvement of critical Finance systems across a global organization.

What You Will Do

- Define and maintain the Finance & Controlling applications roadmap in alignment with business priorities, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of Finance applications, including enhancements, upgrades, integrations, support, and decommissioning.

- Ensure high levels of application availability, performance, and service quality, particularly during critical financial closing periods.

- Partner closely with Finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions.

- Manage and deliver Finance application projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.

- Oversee external vendors and service providers, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to agreed KPIs and SLAs.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, innovation, and business value creation.

What Helps You Succeed

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling environments, with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO.

- Solid knowledge of Finance solutions such as BFC, TM1, Readsoft/Tungsten, FIS, and Kyriba.

- Proven experience in application management, project delivery, system integrations, and vendor management within international organizations.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change across cross-functional teams.
