What will be your missions ?
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a development team within the Wiiisdom Cloud Platform (WCP), the team in charge of our Power BI integration. You will join a strategic program bringing together four development teams to deliver a cloud-native platform trusted by large international enterprises to govern and improve their analytics environments. Working hand in hand with Product and UX/UI, you will lead your team in turning customer needs into secure, high-quality features, collaborate with the other Engineering Managers, support customers and internal teams, and grow an autonomous, customer-focused engineering culture.
What will you be doing ?

• Break down and deliver product ideas with security built in from the start.
• Challenge ideas constructively to make sure they address the real customer need.
• Orchestrate Lvl2-3 support tickets and troubleshoot calls related to your team's scope.
• Communicate proactively and transparently on ongoing action plans.
• Align priorities, dependencies and roadmaps with the other Engineering Managers.
• Contribute to the release quality process.
• Lead, coach and grow the engineers of your team.
• Plan and prioritize the team's work with Product, and make sure features are developed and delivered on time and with quality.
• Build a project culture grounded in customer empathy, autonomy, proactivity, and technical excellence.

What do you need to have?

• Proven experience leading a software engineering team: coaching engineers, planning work and delivering features.
• Solid technical background, with experience in API-based integrations. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or BI governance is a plus.
• Security-minded approach to design and delivery.
• Technical skills in java 21+, quarkus, typescript. Knowledge in Azure, PostgreSQL and Keycloak are a plus.
• Strong product sense and ability to challenge requirements constructively.
• Comfortable with customer-facing interactions and cross-team coordination.
• Clear, proactive, and transparent communicator.
• Fluent in English.
