Job status: Freelance | Sector: International logistics (tech scale-up) | Location: Fully remote | Mission length: 3 months, renewable, 5 days per week, starting as soon as possible

Context and why we are hiring

We are supporting an international logistics scale-up whose UK Operations teams have several roles to fill in parallel. To speed things up, the company is looking for a freelance recruiter to take ownership of these hires from start to finish, in English, for 3 months, until an in-house recruiter joins.

Responsibilities

• Recruit 3-5 UK-based Operations roles: operations coordination, senior freight coordination and a warehouse role

• Handle inbound applications, source on LinkedIn, approach and screen candidates autonomously, up to the shortlist

• Run the process in the company's ATS and keep hiring managers updated on progress, challenging them when needed

• Adapt your priorities as needs evolve, in a start-up environment

The team

You will work with the UK Operations teams (freight, customer service, warehouse) who are hiring. Reporting line and HR contacts: not disclosed.
