Lead Technical Product Owner H/F

The Lead Technical Product Owner drives the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of complex products across a broader technical domain, balancing scope, time, and quality while aligning with long-term platform architecture. The role combines product leadership with people management, including mentoring and growing a team of Technical Product Owners, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and shaping best practices for product delivery and technical evolution.

Your responsibilities :

Lead the development of complex products or features and drive backlog strategy across a broader functional domain, ensuring alignment with long-term platform and architecture strategy. You also take on people management responsibilities, leading and growing a small team of Technical Product Owners as part of your role. As a Lead TPO, you balance trade-offs between scope, time, and quality, guide product teams through complex decision-making, and mentor other Technical Product Owners while evolving the architecture and roadmap to support future requirements.
