Context

We are supporting an international scale-up whose UK Operations teams have several roles to fill at the same time, at their site near London. To speed things up, the company is looking for a freelance recruiter to take ownership of these hires from start to finish, in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit 3 UK-based Operations roles: Operations Coordinator, Senior Freight Coordinator, Fine Art Technician

• Source, approach and screen candidates autonomously, up to the shortlist

• Run the process in the company's ATS and keep hiring managers updated on progress

• Adapt your priorities as needs evolve, in a start-up environment

You will work with the UK Operations teams (freight, customer service, warehouse) who are hiring.
