Context

Collective is an AI sourcing suite designed for professional recruiters, who can source in a global pool of 800M+ talents, including an embedded network of registered and active candidates. The platform offers two main agents:

• Sherlock for recruiters, helping them find candidates (in our base, or in clients ATS)

• Watson for candidates, assisting them in finding jobs

Currently, over 20,000 recruiters use Collective to search for candidates, while more than 1,000 new candidates join daily to find their next job.

Collective is in a scaling phase, aiming to grow from 2 to 10M€ in ARR and expand across Europe. We just fundraised with 50+ HR leaders, Business Angels, Funds, to finance our ambition.

We want to build the global meeting point between candidates and recruiters, in the age of AI. Sherlock + Watson capturing their market has an endless potential.
