Context

IT Business Analyst & Project Delivery Manager based in Paris, France to accelerate Illumio micro-segmentation deployment across a leading global insurance company and enable internal operational ownership of the platform.

Missions

Business Analysis – Product Build & Operations based in Illumio

• Conduct application inventory and dependency mapping and analysis across hybrid environments for deployment at scale
• Develop tagging taxonomy and governance framework for sustainable platform management
• Design segmentation policies (workload isolation, data protection tiers) based on business risk
• Define operational requirements for internal platform management (support model, runbooks, incident response)
• Create internal training programs to build the company’s Illumio expertise and operational capability
• Map platform integration requirements with existing security tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, SNOW)
• Establish operational metrics and KPIs (policy compliance, deployment velocity, incident resolution)

Services Deliverables

• Drive end-to-end project delivery (on time, on budget, on scope) for Illumio deployments
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources across worldwide initiatives
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations
• Communicate status and decisions to stakeholders and steering committees

Deployment Readiness

• Prepare comprehensive deployment onboarding kits including:
  • Prerequisites, platform configuration, and operational procedures
  • Tag standards and policy templates
  • Operational runbooks and troubleshooting guides
  • Team training materials
  • Monitoring and integration documentation
• Facilitate pre-deployment validation and readiness reviews
• Enable knowledge transfer ensuring internal teams can independently manage the platform

Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of expertise in Illumio:
  • Impact analysis, entity scope definition, tagging strategy
  • Automation (integration with ServiceNow, SIEM, etc.)
  • Policy design and enforcement in complex environments
  • Support and operational troubleshooting
• Minimum 5 years of expertise in IT/Security project management (hybrid/Agile methodologies)
• Minimum 2 years of expertise in security product operationalization or building internal capabilities
• Experience managing complex, international projects
• Knowledge of security infrastructure, application segmentation, or zero-trust architecture (advantage)
• Experience with operational process design, runbook development, and team enablement (advantage)
• Certification (PMI, Prince2, or equivalent) or proven 5+ years expertise in complex large organizations
• Agile certification (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent) environment
• English (mandatory); French (advantage) environment
• Network security, zero-trust architecture, and segmentation environment
• Overview of cloud environments, Kubernetes, and security tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, SNOW)
