🔎 The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Admin Engineer to support and enhance a large-scale enterprise analytics platform used by more than 25,000 users.

In this role, you will help ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, high-performing and cost-efficient. You will take ownership of tenant administration, capacity optimization, governance, automation and operational excellence across the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Manage and secure the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environment, including tenant settings, workspaces, access controls and governance standards.

🔹 Monitor capacity usage, identify performance bottlenecks and optimize platform performance, reliability and cost efficiency.

🔹 Develop monitoring solutions to track data models, dataflows, refresh activities and capacity consumption.

🔹 Automate administrative tasks and deployment processes using PowerShell, REST APIs, Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines.

🔹 Manage gateways, troubleshoot complex technical issues and support incident resolution.

🔹 Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into platform usage, performance and service adoption.

🔹 Contribute to the platform roadmap, security and compliance initiatives, and best-practice guidelines.

🔹 Collaborate with platform engineers, architects, security specialists and business stakeholders.

💡 What We’re Looking For

✅ Hands-on experience administering Power BI in a large enterprise environment.

✅ Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Premium, including capacity management, governance and performance optimization.

✅ Experience with tenant administration, workspace management, gateways, security, monitoring and operational support.

✅ Practical experience with PowerShell, REST APIs and deployment automation.

✅ Familiarity with Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines.

✅ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to turn complex technical challenges into sustainable solutions.

✅ A collaborative mindset, strong ownership and the ability to work independently.
