Talent Acquisition Specialist - Permanent

FuturWork is an IT services company specializing in infrastructure, cybersecurity and compliance. A significant share of its business comes through procurement platforms for IT services, where responsiveness makes the difference. This role drives that channel, working closely with management and the sales team.

Missions

• Handle requests published on IT services procurement platforms with short response times

• Source and qualify candidates using the ATS and sourcing tools, then prepare skills files and submissions

• Nurture and requalify the candidate pool to always have quickly available profiles

• Conduct qualification interviews (rate, mobility, availability, skills) and prepare candidates for client interviews

• Track recruitment performance indicators and analyze results to improve the success rate

• Represent the company at industry events and pass on detected opportunities to the sales team

• Share with the sales team the client insights gathered from candidates
